WorldBridge Outsourcing Solutions Co. Ltd (WBO) having a company register N0. Co.3400E/2015 dated September 2015. The company incorporated under the law of the Kingdom of Cambodia with register address at Parkway Square, 2nd Floor, Section 2FA1, Mao Tse Tung Blvd, Sangkat Svey Prey 2, Khan Chamkar Morn, and Phnom Penh, Cambodia. WBO is part of the WorldBridge Group of Companies. Today, WBO offers 24/7 call center services including in-bound calls, out-bound calls, data entry/scanning, data center services, website and software/app development, data and web hosting, IT support, etc.

As WBO is growing, we are looking for a professional to fill the position of Call Center (20 posts for 3 shifts), based in Phnom Penh to join our dynamic team in growing an emerging BPO industry in Cambodia.

 

Call Center (Khmer- English Speaking)

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate professionally with customers via phone, E-mail, and SMS
  • Perform quick response to assist customers.
  • Handles customer complaints and enquiries
  • Report and follow up customers’ complaints or request or suggestion to Customer
  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Able to work as team & individual
  • Good communication with customers
  • Provides good services to customers
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by manager

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Male or Female
  • University or fresh graduate students are highly encouraged
  • Good listening skills and ability to anticipate
  • Good presentation, confident speaking skill.
  • Excellence on communication in Khmer and English

 

Call Center (Khmer- Chinese Speaking)

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

WORKING HOUR:

  • Shift A time:6:00 AM-2:00 PM (08 Posts)
  • Shift B time:2:00 PM-10:00 PM (08 posts)
  • Shift C time: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (04 Posts)
