WorldBridge Outsourcing Solution Co. Ltd having a company register No. Co.3400E/2015 dated September 2015. The company incorporated under the law of the kingdom of Cambodia with register address at New Stueng Meachey Market, 1st Floor, Sangkat Stueng Meanchey, Khan, and Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

WorldBridge Outsourcing Solution Co. Ltd offer 24/7 data processing services, data analysis services, contact center services, field activation services, survey research, HR outsourcing services, and IT solutions services etc. Now we are looking for Call Center Executive base in Phnom Penh.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform inbound and outbound call
  • Provide customers support for productions/service information
  • Generate customer interested in the services or product offered by the company.
  • Responsible for improving customer retention through programs and service provided to the Customer
  • Respond to customers in a polite and courteous manner, especially in stressful situations
  • Handle the customer question, complaints and billing with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.

Job Requirement

  • Male or Female
  • Good at computer for office.
  • Good at listening skill
  • Good at customer service and professionalism. 
  • Experience with digital savvy.
  • Can work under pressure and work complicity.
  • Follow work instructions and independently

Working Hour

  • Monday – Saturday
  • 8h00am – 5h00pm
