WorldBridge Outsourcing Solutions Co. Ltd having a company register No. Co.3400E/2015 dated September 2015. The company incorporated under the law of the kingdom of Cambodia with register address at New Steung Mean Chey Market, 1st Floor, #523, Preah Monireth Boulevard and Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

WorldBridge Outsourcing Solutions Co. Ltd offers 24/7 Call center services including in-bound calls, out-bound calls, data entry/ scanning, data center services, etc.

Now we are seeking the position of HR & Admin Manager, based in Phnom Penh.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruit manpower for all positions in accordance with the budget planned by
  • Prepare payroll processing.
  • Propose, set up and implement Human Resources Policy of the Company.
  • Prepare employment contract.
  • Daily staff management.
  • Educate/ Train operators to be familiar with the labor law and Internal Rule & Regulations.
  • Attendance management
  • Prepare and disseminate company letters or memos
  • Make sure company’s asset are under control properly.
  • Liaise with Labor Department for all necessary documents required by Department and Cambodian Law.
  • Monitor and report day – to – day operation and movement of staff.
  • Manage company administration needs, including purchase of office supplies
  • Assist management in liaising with authorities and government officials.
  • Handle the dispute resolution in the workplace.
  • Other assignment required by the management.


Job Requirement:

  • At least 4 years experiences in human resource management
  • BBA or Master in human resource management or related field
  • Good attitude and communication skill
  • Good command of English both writing and speaking skill
  • Knowledge of Cambodian Labor Laws
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proven success in communication effectively to all points of contact including liaising across multiple parties.
  • Ability to remain integrated to a team, while working remotely and independently.
  • Innovative, creative, flexible and conscientious with high level communication skills
